Why Choose Gold Coast Window Cleaning?

As a company striving to be at the forefront of the industry, we have decided to invest in technology that involves the use of extendable poles and 100% pure water, which is purified through de-ionisation vessels. We use this method of cleaning for a number of reasons:

Better Window Cleaning Results
The major advantage of pure water is that it absorbs large amounts of dirt from your windows. The process involves brushing your windows and frames (at no extra cost) with pure water; as such, they will be left wet and will need time to dry naturally. This may be a bit disconcerting at first, as obviously, this is not what customers are used to. However, once dry, your windows WILL be clean and smear free.

Health & Safety
A new piece of legislation now limits the use of ladders. The new law now states that ladders can only be used when all viable alternatives have been considered and now The Reach & Wash Pure Water System is seen as a safer and more viable alternative for window cleaners.

Environmentally Friendly
Our commitment to Environmentally Friendly Window Cleaning means that only 100% pure water is used, eliminating the need for detergents or chemicals. We use harvested rainwater which is then filtered and de-ionised to ensure absolute purity.

Improved Service
The Reach & Wash Pure Water System can reach with ease previously inaccessible aspects of your property i.e. third-floor windows, hard to reach windows, conservatory roofs, gutters & fascias. This system maintains privacy and reduces disturbances.

What if it's raining?

Some people say that windows should not be cleaned when it rains because the rain will just make them dirty again. Is this really true? The simple answer is ‘no’, windows need cleaning because they get dirty not because they get wet.
Three major causes of dirty windows are: dust - pollen - droppings!
If any of these are present on the windows when it rains, the residue in the rain attaches itself to them and can often make the windows look dirtier. When windows are clean the rain will simply run off and the glass remains clean.

We used a TDS meter - which is used to test the purity of the water in our reach and wash system, and tested rain water with it. The reading showed that rain water is actually pure water, no dirt in it!

So... we can guarantee come rain or shine, that your windows will be cleaned to pure perfection.

No marks! No dirt! No fuss!

As a company our aim is to always provide a high level of service.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the above, or any aspects of the service.

First Visit Window Cleans

It is important to note that if you have previously had your windows cleaned using chemicals or soap, or they have not been cleaned for a while then there may be some minor spotting after a first clean with purified water. This is because the soap has built up a residue over time, also cleaning with the poles and pure water cleans all of the window, including around the vents and frames;  however, on the second visit they will be perfectly clean. I strive to ensure that you as a customer of Gold Coast window cleaning receive the best service and if ever your windows are not cleaned completely to your satisfaction just give me a call and I'll come straight back!
